Petropars Ltd. (PPL) and Petropars Iran (PPI) have been mainly focused their activities on exploration, construction, commissioning, refining and maintenance of oil & gas megaprojects in recent years and accordingly the need to establish and maintain a subsidiary engineering company to be actively engaged in performing and facilitating the engineering services. PKOGI as a subsidiary of Petropars Group of Companies (PGC) and exclusively owned 40% by PPL and 60% by PPI was re-established in Kish Island Trade & Industrial Zone in 2016 (subsequent to cessation of its activities from 2011 to 2016 due to organization re-structuring) to act primarily as an engineering consultancy for PGC projects and perform Conceptual, FEED, Basic, Detail, Procurement and Construction Engineering services for upstream, midstream and downstream projects in oil and gas industry with development prospects in mind, being determined to achieve a greater success and rapid growth in association with local and international engineering consultants.
